RQF Level 5 is regarded in academic terms as being equivalent to a Foundation Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND).

RQF Level 7 is regarded in academic terms as being equivalent to a Master’s Degree, an Integrated Master’s Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a Postgraduate Certificate.
THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR MANAGERS AND LEADERS WHO HAVE THE AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING A COACHING AND MENTORING STRATEGY ACROSS THE ORGANISATION.
