After following these steps you will see that there are actually no more than a couple of solid and informed options for you to choose from:
Step 1
Determine your entry point
at which level should you study
LEVELS 4 AND 5
For mid-managers, Levels 4 and 5 CMI Courses are more appropriate as they focus on developing core management skills such as managing resources, recruitment, and information management.
LEVELS 6 AND 7
Levels 6 and 7 CMI Courses are developed for senior managers who have the responsibility to translate organisational strategy into effective performance.
LEVEL 8
CMI is the only organisation that offers Level 8, which is suited to C-level senior managers.
Step 2
Your time commitment
Award, sertificate or a Diploma?
Awards are the shortest and most concise qualifications consisting of one unit and typically take between one and two months to complete.
Certificates provide a broad base of knowledge and skills consisting of two units and typically take between two and four months to complete.
Diplomas provide a comprehensive and extensive programme consisting of five or more units and typically take between five and ten months to complete.
Extended Diplomas provide the highest and most comprehensive level of learning consisting of seven or more units and typically take between seven and 12 months to complete.

You can always top up from any qualification to the next
Meaning if you choose an Award course to begin with, for example if you want to complete in a couple of months before a long break – you can Top-up to a Certificate or Diploma to continue progressing at the pace you are comfortable with and build your professional development journey around your life.

PAY BY INVOICE
Raise an invoice for your organisation to pay for your course. Enrolment can begin after payment has been received.
PAY UPFRONT
Pay for your course in full through our website and begin your enrolment straight away.
PAY 1 UNIT AT A TIME
First payment includes your Registration Fee plus one unit. Pay for your next unit as you progress through the course.
